Iam finished my b.e(e.c.e) and having 32 arrears pls help me.....?

hi iam ashok from chennai.....iam doing b.e(e.c.e) in annauniversity affiliated college..i have completed the course.but iam having 32 arrears.iam weak in english,maths and all...........i cant able to understand the concepts of subjects....so please guide me how to study....
