No Wave Out in Windows Vista. Help?

I have a Windows Vista and I want to record my Computer sounds through my Mic. Now the thing is, when I go to Recording Devices, I don't see any Wave out or Stereo Mix, What U Hear, etc... When I right click and click on Show Disabled Devices, I see NONE of the above except for my current built-in Microphone for my Laptop. Are there any drivers I can download and install for this?
