Mortgage Arrears for 1 day?

Due to the bank holiday our pay day has now been moved to after the 1st of next month (it is normally the 25th of this month). Our mortgage comes out on the 1st and we won't get paid until the 2nd. I rang HSBC who said the payment is due to come out and will do anyway and if the money goes in the next day we have to ring and transfer it officially but this means we will be in arrears for 1 day. Will this affect our credit rating or anything like that?
