Within the UK legal Framework can I force my Ex partner to remove my nane from the Mortgage?

Your ex-partner CAN'T remove your name from the mortgage. Only the lender can remove your name, and they WON'T do so unless the mortgage is paid off. You can petition the court to force the sale of the home unless it is refinanced in your ex-partner's name by X date. While I am posting from the US, this is a matter of CONTRACT law that we copied from British law.
