If when i divorce i am entitled to half the bar can he stop me from going in?

my husband stole the bar off me by putting his name only on the lease even though we sold our house to buy it which can be proved.Then he told me i couldnt come in as he was the landlord.when we get divorced i am entitled to half the bar.does this mean that he cant stop me from going in there?.also can i ask for it to be sold to pay off the debt he has left on our joint accounts.will the court value the bar and if its not making profit what will happen as he owes the landlord 22,000 rent arrears
