Arrears on Child Support?

I'm currently living in Florida and paying arrears on child support from the state of Florida which comes out of my check every month. Now the State of Tenn and Georgia are also trying to take out arrears using the same child support order from Florida. I don't mind paying I just cant take care of all three states that are using the exact same order to file on me. What should I do?
